Mansfields Taekwondo - Weekly Schedule
Cardio: This class focuses on using basic Tae Kwon Do skills in repetitive patterns to get the heart rate up and burn calories.
Technique Class: Students learn punching and kicking combos and constant foot movements, and work both individually and in pairs to achieve an intense workout and learn the basic skills needed to compete in any tournament.
A typical class follows traditional taekwondo warm up and breathing exercises, strong and accurate hand techniques (blocks and attacks), various kicking techniques, poomsae (forms), self defense techniques, target drill, free sparring and breaking technique development.
Our school provides training for all ages and levels of experience, from beginner to National competitor.
